Our Mission
is to enrich, include and educate our community about the sculptural arts. We provide emerging and established sculptors the space, education, exposure, and the connections they need for creative and professional advancement.
Our History
Florida Sculptors Guild was established in 2007.
It is our long-term vision to be the eminent sculpture resource of Florida, connecting the private sector with our members. From builders and developers searching for large sculptures to people who want a sculpture for their home and office, to corporations that require the type of art-related services that many Guild members provide. It’s an ambitious vision and we are well on our way.
The Guild meets once per month, often (but not always) at the Art House in Casselberry, Florida to formulate our plans, exchange information and network with other sculptors. Occasionally, meetings include speakers and demonstrations. We also hold workshops and at least one group shows per year. Because we are a relatively small organization, our events and shows are currently held in the Orlando metro area. At this time, most of our members are based here.
Florida Sculptors Guild is a professional organization with 501(c)3 status and is run by volunteers. We encourage you to contact our members directly if you see work that appeals to you. Are you a sculptor based in central Florida? If so, we encourage you to become a member.
